EBTS is a multicultural and multilingual support platform. Every day, our team ensures that our customers’ broken-down vehicle or lorry gets back on the road as quickly as possible.

You will work in a small team in which you will be supported by a team lead and helpful colleagues. You will meet lots of new people with unique stories and backgrounds. And last but not least: you will grow and learn new things every day.

As you know, during the summer of 2024, the Olympic Games will take place in Paris. Because of this enormous event, there will be a lot of transport in and around the region of Paris. We are looking for students who speak French and are motivated to be part of a dedicated team which is taking care of solving truck breakdowns.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Being a point of contact for truck drivers in need of help.
  • Handling phone calls and emails: responding to the customer’s questions.
  • Gathering information and checking the data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.
  • Updating the customer and all other parties involved.
  • Monitoring and controlling agreements with all parties involved.
  • Follow-up of all contract-related issues within the established deadlines.
  • Working 3 days from 09:00 – 22:00. You will do 3 shifts per week (consecutive days, every weekday is possible – weekends included). We are open to discuss your schedule and days off according to your availabilities.
  • We are looking for you for the period of mid-June until mid-September or a part of this.

For this job, we are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, experience and skills:

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Language: French (native), English (basic)
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)

SKILLS

  • Communicate effectively over the phone
  • Problem analysis and problem solving
  • Customer- and results-oriented
  • Accurate and high work standard
  • Multitasker and stress resistant
