Tatiana Zdragus: from graduate to team leader – Pro In Motion

Tatiana has been working at our office in Moldova for 15 years this year. Throughout this period, she has grown from an inexperienced graduate to a team leader of the sell-in invoicing team. Want to find out more about her experience at ETBS? Read it in this article.

Learning on the job

“In 2008 I graduated from Moldova State University with a degree in Mathematics and Informatics. After one month, I was lucky EBTS crossed my path. I started out in the product office department, where I took care of various reports (weekly, monthly and KPIs), the import of vehicles, tyres, and so on.”

“At that point, I was familiar with numbers but knew very little about the tyre and trailer world. I was grateful to get the chance to take part in several trainings.”

“I operated in the product office department until July 2014, when I received a proposal for a new position within the invoicing department. I was grateful to get this opportunity as I love anything to do with numbers.”

Team leader of the sell-in invoicing team

“Since 2015, I have been the team leader of the ‘sell-in team’. Our team, consisting of five team members, takes care of incoming invoices from providers.”

“Every morning, I plan the day ahead and communicate the planning to the team. I am also a central point of contact to my team members in case of problems or questions. Aside from my team leader duties, I also send correct prices to providers, release documents, approve invoices, create new providers, and so on.”

Spare time

“When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family, reading books and dancing. When it comes to holidays, I take pleasure in travelling and exploring new countries. For now, until my youngest son is a bit older, we spend holidays at the coast where we swim, play volleyball and walk on the beach in the evenings.”
