“I started working at EBTS right after graduating college in 2008. Now, 15 years later I look back on a great career within the company. I’ve met a lot of people and have seen the company grow a lot during my time here.”
“Not only has the company grown, but so have I. I started out as an invoicing operator, became a team leader in 2014 and gained a lot of experience in the business. I notice now that colleagues come to me for advice and I’m able to solve problems quickly. It feels good to add value.”
“I am the team leader of our ‘sell-out’ invoicing team. We handle all outgoing invoices from providers (such as workshops) to our customers. We also translate invoices between different countries. For example: when an invoice of a Belgian provider is sent to an English customer.”
“Our team consists of three people. As a team leader, I answer questions from my team members, manage their planning and onboard new colleagues. I also take care of invoicing of course. Since the amount of work within our team keeps increasing, we will probably need some reinforcement soon.”
“After working at EBTS for 15 years, I am still very happy in my job. Every day brings on new customers and new challenges. This keeps things very interesting. I also enjoy being able to apply my economical and linguistic knowledge in my job. Knowing five languages sure comes in handy here. (laughs)”

“What I like most about working at EBTS is the international environment. I enjoy working with people from different countries. My colleagues from administration in Belgium, for example, are always very friendly and supportive. The good working conditions and flexibility we get is also a big plus for me.”
Travel and hobbies
“When I am not at work, I like to go swimming and watch history documentaries. I always liked travelling to more urban areas, but lately I’ve come to love trips in nature even more. In the summer I prefer beach holidays.”
